Stephen Barber

Stephen is entering his third term on National Council, representing Manitoba. Stephen brings extensive executive experience to the role plus a strong academic background, holding both a Master of Laws and an M.Sc. in Financial Economics. In previous terms, Stephen has served as President of the Party (2023-26), Vice-Chair of Secretariat Committee, Chair of National Constitution Committee, and Chair of the ad hoc Candidate Nomination Rules Sub-committee. He is pleased to serve as Chair of the Caucus Liaison Committee and as a representative on Conservative Fund Canada in this Council.
