Judy Manning practises law in St. John’s. She is a Commerce graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Law graduate of Dalhousie University (LLB) and the University of Calgary (LLM). Early in her career, she was pleased to hone her advocacy skills through several years of civil litigation experience in Toronto. Judy is a former Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney General for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. She was privileged to be a member of the CPC Leadership Election Organizing Committee in 2020 and in 2022. Judy was elected as the Newfoundland and Labrador representative on the National Council in March 2021 and is currently serving her third term in that capacity. She is past Chair of the National Constitutional Committee.
