Andrew moved to Saskatchewan as a young Canadian because he believed in the great opportunities the province has to offer.
He studied History and Politics at the University of Ottawa and the University of Regina. He went on to pass the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker program and started his career in the insurance industry, working at Shenher Insurance in Regina.
Andrew went on to work for several years on Parliament Hill for the Leader of the Opposition. First elected to the House of Commons in 2004, Andrew has been re-elected ever since. One of Canada’s youngest MPs, Andrew most recently served as Deputy Speaker and Chair of Committees of the Whole.
Andrew and his wife, Jill, have 2 children — Thomas and Grace.
