Member of Parliament
Kevin grew up in Killam, Alberta. He lives with his wife, Darlene, and their two children near where his grandfather began farming a century ago.
Before being elected to public office, he owned and operated his family farm and a small auction company, where he met people from throughout the Crowfoot riding.
Kevin was first elected to the House of Commons in 2000. He helped coordinate ‘Hay West,’ when Eastern Canadian farmers helped Western farmers feed their livestock during a severe drought.
He is currently Chair of the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security.
