Stop the Liberal Gun Grab in PEI

Violent crime in Canada is up 55% since 2015, with gun crime up 130%. Instead of fixing their soft-on-crime bail laws, the Liberals want to use Charlottetown as another test site for the $742 million gun confiscation scheme that targets law-abiding citizens.

Public Safety Minister Gary Anandasangaree admitted on tape that the buyback won’t make Canadians safer and is politically motivated. Meanwhile, illegal guns continue to pour across the border, untouched by this program.

Charlottetown shouldn’t be a test site for failed Liberal policy. Target criminals, not responsible firearms owners.

Therefore, we the undersigned, call on Mark Carney and the Liberals to cancel the gun buy back program and stop the Liberal gun grab that punishes law-abiding Canadians.
