Can’t Trust Carney

Whereas common sense Conservatives have caught Carney red-handed in numerous lies: Whereas Carney claimed to have resigned from his leadership roles at numerous organizations—when in fact he did NOT resign from many.

Whereas Carney claimed to have helped Paul Martin balance the budget in 1998, but arrived at the department as a bureaucrat in 2004.

Whereas Carney claimed to have saved the Canadian economy during the 2008-2009 global financial crisis by taking credit for the hard work done by the late Hon. Jim Flaherty, Finance Minister in the Stephen Harper Conservative government.

Whereas Carney claimed that the move of his company’s headquarters from Canada to Trump’s hometown—New York, happened after he resigned from the board in January, but Carney chaired the meeting where the decision was made and personally wrote to company shareholders confirming and endorsing the move.

Whereas Carney claimed that Canada makes up 80% of semiconductor production imported into the United States, but Canada only makes up 0.79% of semiconductor imports to the United States.

Whereas Carbon Tax Carney has proven repeatedly that he can’t get his story straight.

He CAN’T be trusted.

Therefore, we the undersigned call on Carney to stop lying to Canadians and come clean NOW!
