Ban mandatory digital IDs

Whereas the federal government under Justin Trudeau has been caught repeatedly quietly looking into ways to bring forward various forms of a digital ID.

Whereas the Trudeau government has infringed upon the privacy and freedoms of Canadians, with intrusive tracking and surveillance attacks on our freedoms.

Whereas the Trudeau federal government has found itself susceptible to getting duped by hackers and scammers using the private information of Canadians, costing taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars.

And whereas Canadian people have completely lost trust in this government’s ability to protect their private and confidential information.

Therefore be it resolved that we the undersigned support Pierre Poilievre’s common sense Conservatives in opposing a mandatory digital ID for Canadians.
