Whereas the Liberal immigration minister is failing Canadians at a time when the immigration crisis her government caused has collapsed Canada’s healthcare system, housing market, and taken job opportunities from Canadians, with no end in sight;

Whereas Canadian youth are facing rising unemployment while non-permanent residents outnumber unemployed Canadians, placing additional pressure on entry-level and career building opportunities;

Whereas the government continues expanding immigration streams instead of prioritizing the development and employment of the skilled talent already here at home.

Therefore, we the undersigned call on Mark Carney to fire his immigration minister, Lena Diab, and put Canadians and Canadian youth first.
