| National Council Elects New President

To All Members: Members of the National Council of the Conservative Party of Canada are pleased to announce that they have elected John Walsh as their new president. Walsh was raised in Brantford, Ontario. He is a corporate lawyer in Toronto and has been a longtime party activist. "I am honoured to have been elected by my fellow councilors and look forward to this new challenge," says Walsh.
